Welcome to my Website.  If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist, or a labor/delivery/postpartum doula, you’ve come to the right place.

I am trained in a variety of modalities, and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.

I have been practicing Massage Therapy for nearly 15 years and started my Doula training 10 years ago. I am excited to offer a variety of services to clients in the Blue Hill Peninsula either in my space on Acorn Lane in Deer Isle, at Water's Edge fitness Studio in Brooklin, or in their home.
Every massage session is different and designed to meet the needs of each person individually. Whether you are a stay at home mom, a busy office professional, a lobsterman, pregnant, have lyme disease, are an athlete, or any combination of the above we can work together to design a massage that will benefit you!
